During this first class on March 10th, we will work with the element of air, moving deep into the heart and back. The class starts with a 30 minutes breathwork and meditation practice to arrive on the mat and sink into the breath and body. We then move into the asana part of the practice, opening the body with a few gentle yin poses before we dive into the strong Mandala Flow. We will finish of with some yin to balance out our energy and get ready for a long and juicy Shavasana.
