At Rive Gauche, we now host Pregnancy Prep Sessions!
These sessions are designed for pregnant women seeking for support, guidance and strength during their pregnancy. Our in-house physiotherapist and yoga teacher, Nicola, will be leading these sessions. She aims to create a safe space for women to be able to address the areas of the mind and body which are changing during this pivotal moment in life.
In addition to traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques, the pregnancy yoga sessions will also include women's circles, where participants can discuss their experiences and share advice and support with each other. The goal of these reunions is to help pregnant women stay healthy and fit during their pregnancy, and to provide them with a supportive community during this special time in their lives.
