Prenatal Yoga Course

At Rive Gauche, we are pleased to announce we will be hosting our first pregnancy course from the 17th of March to the 12th of May 2023!

These classes will be designed for pregnant women who are in their 14th week or later and aim to provide support, guidance and strength during pregnancy. The classes will take place on Fridays from 15:00-16:15. Our in-house physiotherapist and yoga teacher, Nicola, will be leading the course. She aims to create a safe space for women to be able to address the areas of the mind and body which are changing during this pivotal moment in life.

In addition to traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques, the pregnancy yoga course will also include women's circles, where participants can discuss their experiences and share advice and support with each other. The goal of the course is to help pregnant women stay healthy and fit during their pregnancy, and to provide them with a supportive community during this special time in their lives.

8 classes - Duration: March 17th - May 12th

Fridays 15:00 - 16:15
Prenatal yoga recommended from week 14 - so women in the second and third trimester are welcome.

Early-Bird Price: 1900 kr,- (Deadline: February 3)
Price: 2300 kr, - (two rates payment option)
