prenatal yoga course

Nourishing your body and mind for an easier birth and recovery

6 X 90 minute Classes

Pregnancy is a time of remarkable shifts. Many expecting mothers find yoga deeply nurturing as a way of connecting with their baby, while managing the mental and physical changes happening within and around them.

In our six-week prenatal yoga course, we’ll guide you through safe, healthy ways to stretch and strengthen your pregnant body to support you through this transformative period.

We’ll meet in a small, intimate group, delving into a different theme each week, weaving elements of gentle movement, meditation, breathwork and rest. We’ll move through tailored flows to address some of the more common pregnancy discomforts – from back pain to fluid retention and more.

The physical poses will help you move through labour more comfortably, while the breathing and sound practices can help soothe discomfort and anxiety. But perhaps the most powerful tool that yoga can gift you as an expecting mother is a sense of power, trust and acceptance in your body and its innate ability to birth and raise your child.
