Rive Gauche is hosting its first 50hr Breathwork Teacher Training, guided by Deborah & Gianluca, founders of Senses and Breathwork Sri Lanka (@senses.srilanka )

🗓 In-person dates: April 24–26, 2026
⏱ Duration: 50 hours total (30h online + 20h in person at Rive Gauche)
💰 Price: 5,295 DKK (excl. VAT)

Across the training, you’ll dive into the science and practice of breathwork, from nervous system regulation and personal practice to safe, effective facilitation that can be integrated into yoga, movement, or everyday life.
