• The first round is fully guided to help you find your rhythm.
• In the second round, the teacher steps off the mat, giving you space to explore.
• By the third round, the music volume is turned up, and you’re free to flow on your own, letting the beat and your breath guide your movements.
Wrap up with a guided cool-down and ease into shavasana, leaving class feeling energized, centered, and inspired.
