Join our teacher Malika for a sound journey on the 29th January. Give yourself one hour to fully immerse and enter the day with much needed calmness and inner stability.
Soundbaths are a great way of finding deep relaxation and a gentle stillness. The class begins with a meditation and grounding practices. Followed by the use of various instruments, such as singing bowls, flutes, drums, as well as Malika’s voice, it transports you into a sleep like state in which your body and mind can find stillness and balance. If you are in need of deep relaxation and well-deserved rest after a stressful week, you are more than welcome to join.
Make sure to wear comfortable and warm clothes, so that you are able to fully focus on the practices with no distractions.
