Marta is currently finishing her masters degree in Nutrition Science at KU, while working at a nutrition consulting company – Nutrilosophia. She has experience working with patients and in helping them achieving their dietary goals.
She says: Diet is more than just the nutrients that make it. Everybody should aim to create a healthy relationship with food in the first place.
At Nutrilosophia, we emphasise education as the greatest value clients can get from working with a nutritionist. Our goal is not to plan a perfect diet, rather an optimal one.

Together, we will work on one of the fun and challenging elements of our yoga practice, the arm balancing poses!
In this 2 hour workshop, we will experiment with 3-5 poses of your choice such as Crow, Side Crow, Koundinyasa I and II, Flying Lizard, 8 Angle pose, pincha, … as well as transitions to and from them that you can use in a flow!
We will take the time to break down the foundations of arm balancing, understand each pose, and have fun doing it!
This is your opportunity to take your practice to the next level and get rid of mental blocks.
